Lead representation at the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board for residential landlord clients across the GTA. Draft notices, file applications, conduct hearings, and manage a caseload of 30-50 active matters.

Requirements

  • P1 licence in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • 3+ years residential landlord-side LTB practice
  • Familiarity with N4, N5, N12, N13, L1, L2 forms and timelines
  • Disciplined file management and same-day client communication

Case Coordinator - Eviction Files

Toronto, ON / Hybrid / Full-time

Coordinate eviction-file lifecycle from intake through hearing. Liaise with landlords, prepare evidence packages, manage filing deadlines, and support paralegals at hearings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in legal or paralegal admin, or property management coordination
  • Strong written communication, comfortable corresponding with adjudicators
  • Detail-oriented document control - Tribunals Ontario filing system experience a plus
